I’m a pregnancy and postpartum personal trainer, mama of two, and the founder of FITT SISS.

I created FITT SISS because during my first postpartum journey, I realised just how much support was missing for women in this season of life.

Why I Created FITT SISS

Even working within the fitness industry, I struggled to find trainers who truly understood pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or the connection between our core, pelvic floor, and overall strength after having a baby.

I remember feeling shocked that something so many women experience could still feel so unsupported and confusing.

And that experience completely changed the way I viewed training, recovery, and motherhood.

My Philosophy Around Motherhood & Training

Postpartum recovery isn’t meant to be rushed.

It’s meant to be intentional.

I truly believe every woman’s journey through pregnancy and postpartum is different, and comparison has no place here.

My coaching approach is calm, supportive, and grounded in both education and lived experience.

I know firsthand how vulnerable pregnancy and postpartum can feel physically and emotionally, which is why I focus on creating a space where women feel comfortable, safe, understood, and never overwhelmed.
