My name is Whitney,
I’m a Personal Trainer on a mission to help women feel empowered through Strength and Fitness. I specialise in General Womens Health, Pregnancy & Postpartum fitness, Return from injury and Sports specific training.
I’m a proud Kiwi girl and mother of one who grew up in a family that lived and breathed sport. I was a tom-boy from the get go and from a very early age dove head first into any sport I could get my hands on. My younger years were mostly filled with high level Hockey and Touch Rugby, but also had a passion for softball, volleyball and of course Rugby!
As my career in Hairdressing started to take off I also discovered my passion for staying active in the gym. This then lead me on a journey of personal growth in my own health and fitness. I spent years discovering a wide variety of training styles and was fortunate to work with some amazing coaches that helped me achieve some incredible results.
9 Years ago I relocated to Melbourne and found a real passion for the Kettlebells space. Upon discovering my love for this form of fitness I decided to pull the trigger and become a qualified personal trainer. I then walk away from my hairdressing career and I’ve never looked back. One of my main drivers for getting into the industry was to help people embrace and love themselves and overcome the social pressures of ‘perfection’.
