I'm a pregnancy and postpartum personal trainer, mama to two beautiful boys, and the founder of Fitt Siss.

Going through my own postpartum recovery twice showed me exactly how much support is missing for mums when it comes to returning to exercise safely. Even working in the fitness industry, I was overwhelmed by the lack of real guidance around core recovery, pelvic floor health and postpartum training. I did all the wrong things and I got badly injured because of it.

That experience changed everything about the way I coach.

I created SUPPORT, REBUILD and EVOLVE because every woman in this season deserves more than a 6-week GP clearance and a generic program. She deserves to feel strong, connected and genuinely like herself again.
