EVOLVE
Strength coaching for mamas who are ready to move beyond postpartum rehab and keep progressing, even when life gets messy.
Stop starting over.
Start building strength
that actually lasts.
DOES THIS SOUNDS FAMILIAR?
You finished REBUILD feeling stronger.
And then real life happened.
You went back to what you used to do. Or you tried a new program. Or you just... stopped. Because something still felt off. Because sessions kept getting missed. Because you kept telling yourself you'd start again when things calmed down.
But things never calm down. Not in this season.
“I just don't know how to stick with an exercise regime anymore.”
“I'll wait until things calm down a bit, and then I'll commit.”
“feel like I'm always starting over because life gets in the way.”
“ want to get stronger but I don't know how to progress on my own.”
WHAT’S REALLY GOING ON
It's NOT about motivation.
It never was.
The reason you keep stopping and starting has nothing to do with discipline. It's that the approach you're following doesn't account for the reality of your life right now.
1.
You're using pre-baby standards
You used to set training days and have uninterrupted sessions. That system got results before. But motherhood is unpredictable, and that system doesn't fit anymore.
2.
You're waiting for perfect conditions
More sleep. Daycare. A calmer season. But motherhood is constantly changing, so there is always something. The version of you that feels ready may never arrive if you keep waiting for her.
3.
There's a huge gap nobody fills
You either finished rehab and got left to figure out the next phase alone, or you returned to a gym that expected you to train as if you'd never had a baby.
4.
Nobody taught you adaptability
Most programs teach you how to follow a plan. Nobody teaches you what to do when the plan falls apart because of life. That is the actual skill you need
THE MISSING PIECE
There is a gap between
where you are and where you want to be.
Most mums know they should strength train. They know it can strengthen everyday movements, help improve their mood and symptoms, and make motherhood easier. The problem is not the exercise itself.
The problem is that most programs teach you how to follow a rigid plan. Nobody teaches you how to keep progressing when the plan starts to fall apart because of life.
"True long-term postpartum strength is not built through perfection. It is built on sustainability."
That is where EVOLVE comes in. Not to add more pressure. To give you the support, structure, and adaptability to actually keep moving forward in the season you are already in.
EVOLVE
"I help you train with the realities of motherhood
instead of against them."
STRENGTH COACHING FOR MAMAS · FITT SISS · WHITNEY POARU
EVOLVE helps postpartum mamas build sustainable strength through personalised coaching, support and adaptability so they can continue to progress through the ever-changing seasons of motherhood. It is not about doing it perfectly. It is about creating a sustainable and realistic approach so you can still make progress, even when life is full.
This is for mamas who have moved through early postpartum training but still do not feel fully confident going out on their own yet. Who still want support, guidance and structure so they can keep progressing even when motherhood gets chaotic and messy.
EVOLVE feels supportive, realistic and empowering. There is no judgement, no comparison and no unrealistic expectations. Structured but flexible. Progressive but grounded in your actual life. Because as a coach and a mother, this season is understood from the inside.
THE APPROACH
How EVOLVE actually works.
It's not a program you receive and follow alone. It's an entire support system built around your strength and fitness goals during this season of motherhood.
STEP ONE
A personalised starting point
You receive a strength training program designed specifically with your stage of postpartum, your goals and your current season of motherhood in mind. Not a generic template. A real plan built for where you are right now.
STEP TWO
Weekly support and check-ins
Each week you check in with Whitney for support, accountability, questions, guidance and feedback on your program. When life gets hard, you are not left to figure it out alone. You adapt. And someone is there to help you do that.
STEP THREE
Learning to adapt, not quit
A lot of the coaching inside EVOLVE is about mindset shifts, letting go of old beliefs and learning how to adapt and implement when life gets chaotic. This is taught from lived experience and introduced gradually across the time you work together. Real life circumstances are used to teach the fundamentals.
THE BIGGER PICTURE
Long-term strength that goes beyond this season
The ultimate goal is not just to teach you how to follow a program independently. It is to teach you how to continue making progress even when the circumstances are NOT perfect. What you learn now will carry you far beyond these early postpartum years.
WHAT YOU ACTUALLY WALK AWAY WITH
Skills, knowledge and mindset shifts
that go beyond the gym.

WHAT EVOLVE CHALLENGES
Adaptability is the actual answer.
Most mums don't struggle because they lack motivation. They struggle because the approach they're following doesn't take the realities of motherhood into account. When you learn to become an adaptable athlete, everything changes.
"I just need to be more motivated or more disciplined."
Missing a session is not failure.
Successful strength training during postpartum is NOT about perfection. It is about how well you restart, adapt and continue to move forward. A missed week does not erase your hard work.
"If I miss a session or a week, I'm failing."
Intensity is not the measure of a good session.
For postpartum mamas, that approach can actually increase the chances of injury and destroy an already fragile nervous system. Postpartum strength training needs to be intentional and sustainable. Quality over quantity.
"If it's not intense, if I'm not sweating, it's not worth doing."
There is no finish line.
Postpartum recovery has no deadline. This journey is never linear. Every recovery is different. The goal is strength training longevity so you can be a strong, capable mama always and forever. Not getting back to who you were before.
"I should be back to normal by now."
Motherhood changed everything.
Your body, priorities, capacity, schedule and relationship with exercise have all changed. The goal is not to go back. It is to become the strongest version of yourself in this season right now. A flexible approach to training during motherhood is a superpower, not a failure.
"I need to train like I did before kids."
Who you become through EVOLVE.
THE SHIFT
This is not just about getting stronger. It is about becoming the version of yourself that trusts the process, adapts when life gets hard, and actually enjoys the journey again.
BEFORE EVOLVE
You believe you are just not motivated or disciplined enough. You feel like you are failing because you are always starting over. You are discouraged. You wonder if that person who used to be fit and strong even exists anymore. You keep waiting for the perfect time to commit.
AFTER EVOLVE
You realise you are incredibly capable of growing into the strongest, most badass version of yourself during this season. You trust the process. You ride the wave and adapt even when the circumstances are not perfect. You know that flexibility is not failure. You are more consistent than ever because you have stopped relying on a system that did not allow for motherhood.
"She stopped trying to get back to who she was. She became an even stronger version of herself now."
Real words from real women.
FROM EVOLVE MAMAS
These are the exact moments and shifts that happen inside EVOLVE.
The things you're probably thinking.
THE HONEST ANSWERS
"I need to get fit first before I start something like this."
You don't. EVOLVE is where you build that base. Waiting until you feel ready is the thing that keeps most mums stuck. You don't need to prove anything to yourself before you start. What you need is the right support and environment. That is exactly what EVOLVE is.
"I don't have the energy for this right now."
EVOLVE does not ask you to push harder than your body can handle. Every session is designed to meet you where you are at that day. The coaching adapts to your energy, your capacity and your circumstances. You leave feeling stronger, not depleted.
"I'm already back at the gym. I feel like this is going backwards."
If something still feels off, that feeling is worth paying attention to. Slowing down to rebuild your base properly is not going backwards. It is giving yourself the strongest possible foundation before you push forward again. Most mums who have done this say they wish they had done it sooner.
"I shouldn't still need help at this stage of postpartum."
This is one of the most common things that comes up. There is no deadline for needing support. You are not behind. You are not weak for wanting guidance. EVOLVE is for mamas who are not early postpartum anymore but are still navigating what training looks like in this season. That is completely valid and far more common than you think.
Motherhood is made up of constantly changing seasons. There will always be something. The version of you who feels ready might never arrive if you keep waiting for her. The point of EVOLVE is that you do not need perfect conditions to keep progressing. That is literally what we build together.
"I'll wait until things settle down."

WHY WHITNEY
She created this because
she lived it. Twice.
EVOLVE was created out of necessity. After becoming a mother, Whitney realised quickly that her old training methods just did not fit anymore. Pre-baby, she could stay consistent, follow a plan and stick with routines. Then motherhood changed everything. Not just how she trained, but how she valued it.
She was navigating sleep deprivation, ever-changing schedules, sickness, feeding issues, childcare, work and the mental load that comes with raising a family. When she tried to train the way she used to, it left her feeling deflated, discouraged and like she was failing. She kept wondering how this was happening to her. She was a qualified personal trainer. She should be able to make this work.
After a lot of trial and error, the answer became clear. The problem was not a lack of discipline or motivation. The problem was trying to implement pre-baby fitness standards into a postpartum season. When she shifted her measure of success from perfect execution to adaptability, everything changed.
EVOLVE was built from that lived experience, twice now. She is still in this very same season. She is not coaching from the other side of it. She is in it with you.
Stop waiting for the
perfect time to start.
YOU'RE READY. LET'S GO
