Based in Mornington, 46 Watt RD (Bodychange Bootcamp)

‘REBUILD’

‘REBUILD’ is a face to face BABY FRIENDLY six week program specific to 6week-12month postpartum rehab and recovery.

x2 60min sessions per week will include stretching, mobility and breath work, progressive core and pelvic floor reconnection, plus strength and conditioning workouts guided by a postnatal fitness specialist.

REBUILD DATES 2025-

Monday 3rd of Feb- Friday 14th March, Mondays and Fridays @ 10:45am

Monday 17th March- Wednesday 16th April, Mondays and Fridays @10:45am (Last class will run on Wednesday 16th April due to Good Friday public holiday)

COST- $350

EARLY BIRD- $310 (must be purchased 2weeks before start date)

MUMM FiTT

MUMMFITT is a face to face BABY FRIENDLY structured program specific to MUMMS who are pregnant or between 12wks-5y postpartum.

6 week training blocks will see x2 60min sessions per week that include progressive strength and conditioning workouts guided by a postnatal fitness specialist.

MUMM FiTT DATES 2025-

Monday 13th Jan- Friday 31st Jan, Mondays and Fridays @ 12pm

Monday 3rd of Feb- Friday 14th March, Mondays and Fridays @ 10:45am

Monday 17th March- Wednesday 16th April, Mondays and Fridays @10:45am (Last class will run on Wednesday 16th April due to Good Friday public holiday)

COST- Casual rate $30per class

I work one on one with my clients to give them a truly individualised and personalised training program to suit each stage of your pregnancy journey right from conception, pregnancy and postpartum.

I will work closely with you to help cut out the noise around what your training could look like and help you to do what is actually BEST FOR YOU in this season.

I firmly believe (and know first hand) that everyones journey is very different, but it can be hard to put your blinkers on and stay in your lane. Together we will navigate not only the physical aspect of exercise but the mental side as well.

If your open and trust the process I believe you can have great success and continue to enjoy exercise before, during and after your pregnancy.

All of these programs are designed for you to do in your current gym or can be tailored to suit whatever you have access too at home.

FiTT Siss ‘PREP’

Personalised exercise program for my Sisstahs trying to conceive, but want to continue to train and feel safe doing so.

FiTT Siss ‘BUMP’

Personalised exercise program for my soon to be baby Mamas. Workouts and exercise alternatives for each trimester

Easy to use app so you can track your training and take it with you where ever you go.

24/7 support from me.

x1 FREE Personal training session each trimester to check in with form and go over future exercise alternatives.

I believe there’s no ‘one size fits all’ approach to health and with a lot of information out there it can be a confusing and misleading journey.

I work one on one with my clients to help them create sustainable and long lasting habits that fit in with there life style to help them achieve there goals. This begins with your goals inside the gym and extends out into other parts of your daily life to help you feel healthier mind, body and soul.
